Book a 60-Minute Initial Consultation
Before beginning therapy, every client has an Initial Consultation. This one-hour appointment gives you the chance to share what you’d like support with and see whether Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy feels like the right fit for you. Think of it as a discovery session!
You’ll have time to talk in a safe, confidential space, while also learning how hypnotherapy works and why the brain sometimes creates unwanted thoughts, feelings, or behaviours. We’ll begin shaping a personalised plan so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what’s possible moving forward.
The Initial Consultation is offered at a reduced rate compared to regular sessions, making it a valuable first step before committing to ongoing therapy.
You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with the process.
Sessions are available in-person in Oxfordshire, Upper Heyford (OX25) and Middle Aston (The Hatchery).
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and not a crisis service. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or are at immediate risk, please reach out to your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services. Your safety and wellbeing are a priority.
Travelling to my Practice locations in Oxfordshire
I offer in-person hypnotherapy sessions from two practice locations in Oxfordshire.
My Upper Heyford location is near Bicester (OX25) and is easily reached by car, with free off-street parking available on my driveway.
I also work from The Hatchery in Middle Aston, which offers a calm, professional setting with free and convenient on-site parking.

Accessibility of my Hypnotherapy Practice Locations
Accessibility varies slightly between my two practice locations.
The Upper Heyford therapy room has flat access from the driveway with no steps, but it is not wheelchair accessible due to the doorway width.
The Hatchery in Middle Aston is a wheelchair-accessible venue, with step-free access throughout.
