This complimentary and without obligation session will allow you to see if Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is right for you.

There will be plenty of time for you to tell me what you’d like to work on*, ask any questions/ pick my brain and for you to get to know me, my approach and how I work.

We can delve into the neuroscience, how the mind creates unwanted negative thoughts, behaviours and the symptoms. We will explore how hypnotherapy can benefit you and what we can do to create the positive changes you are looking for.

This session can be done in-person at my comfortable and private therapy room in Upper Heyford (nr Bicester) Oxfordshire OX25. Conveniently located for individuals in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Warwickshire. Or we could do this session and/or future sessions online.

My hypnotherapy practice in Upper Heyford, nr Bicester, Oxfordshire (OX25 5AF), extends convenience beyond local borders. Ideally situated, it serves individuals from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Warwickshire.

If you are driving there is free, easy off-street parking available on my drive (just park in front of the garage door).

Accessibility of my Practice

Please note, that my therapy room is currently not wheelchair accessible. However, there are no steps or heights.
