Before any therapy sessions can begin, it’s important to first have an Initial Consultation, which you can easily arrange online.

This session is essential to assess whether Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is the right fit for you- think of it as a discovery session. It’s a valuable opportunity to be truly heard in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what you’d like support with—whether that’s managing anxiety, boosting confidence, improving emotional wellbeing, or overcoming unhelpful patterns.

During the consultation, you’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy works, how the brain creates unwanted thoughts, behaviours, and emotions, and most importantly, how we can work together to achieve lasting, positive change. We’ll begin creating a personalised plan to help you achieve your goals.

This session is offered at a slightly reduced rate compared to regular therapy sessions, giving you the opportunity to experience our work together and ensure it’s the right fit for both you and the therapy. It’s your chance to ask questions and make sure you feel confident and comfortable moving forward.

The session can take place either in-person at my comfortable therapy room in Upper Heyford/Heyford Park (near Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX25), or online, depending on your preference. I work with clients across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Warwickshire, and beyond.
