How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions varies depending on how fear of flying shows up for you.

Some people experience flying anxiety as a specific situational fear, while for others it forms part of a broader pattern of anxiety or stress. Because of this, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.

For some clients, progress around fear of flying may be explored over a small number of sessions. Where flying anxiety is linked to wider anxiety patterns, it can be helpful to begin with a short course of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy before focusing more directly on flying-related fears.

This helps build emotional stability and coping strategies first, creating a supportive foundation for further work. Your individual needs and approach will be discussed during the initial consultation.
